Acquisition financing of The Atrium office complex composed of 3 buildings in Zuidas – Amsterdam’s most dynamic district. The Atrium pays a lot of attention to sustainability, from solar panels covering the roof to a thermal storage system and BREEAM certification.

The redevelopment process will add another 10,000 sqm and include an extension to the building’s existing atrium, creating a wooden hybrid top-up and integrating the EDGE Workspace concept on the ground floor.
