The foundations of Allianz’s real estate portfolio lie in equity. Our historic focus has been on Core and Core+ office, retail and residential properties across Europe. We have a growing portfolio of these investments in the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific region and have, more recently, developed notable portfolios of logistics and student housing.
Debt is an established and fast growing business line at Allianz Real Estate. Our current focus is in Europe and the U.S.
In the U.S. we hold a portfolio of €12.4bn and have been established for more than 40 years. Our award winning European Debt business was launched in 2011 and reached €13.9bn in 2022.
